The ITS Approach

ITS has drawn on international studies and the experience of many International Transferees to create a number of "Proficiency Indeces".  These show where the adults and children are in their personal transition process, and lead to a concise, personalized action plan to move forward towards transitioning into their new environments.

Which gives you a veiw of where you are so that we can work together to create your Personal Action Plan to help you navigate the challenges of Parenting Your Internaional Offspring when rules, values, morals and attitudes all change outside your home.

International Spouse

Proficiency Index

This paves the way for you to create a Personal Action Plan (with our support, encouragement and understanding!) to ensure you keep yourself on your own priority list!

Third Culture Kid Proficiency Index

From this your children get a Personal Things Yo Do List so they can be open to new friends and new schools and new ways of doing things.

"I'm really happy with my job, why do I still feel that there is something missing?" This Index works as a benchmark and forms the basis of your personal success metrics.  After you carry out your Personal Action Plan the Index is then completed again to measure your view of your achievements.
